GXS Bank
Terms and Conditions governing the Fortune Rewards Campaign ("Campaign")
By participating in this Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS Bank” or “Bank”), you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
A. Campaign
1. The Eligibility:
- The Campaign is available to you if:
- you are a GXS Biz Account customer whose GXS Biz Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point of fulfilment of the Reward; and
- you have been invited directly by the Bank to participate in this Campaign via Bank-approved communication channels
("Eligible Customer")
- You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign if:
- you currently maintain a GXS Savings Account and/or any other GXS Bank products and services;
- you had previously maintained and closed a GXS Savings Account or any other GXS Bank products and services.
2. Campaign Period: The Campaign is available from 05 May 2025 to 15 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion, or when the Rewards (as defined below) have been fully awarded, whichever is the earlier (“Campaign Period”).
3. Campaign and how to participate:
- An Eligible Customer will receive a reward of up to S$58 (“Reward”) under this Campaign if you:
- deposit Fresh Funds (as defined below) into your GXS Biz Account during the period from 05 May 2025 to 16 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Funding Period”); and
- maintain a day end balance of at least an amount equivalent to the Fresh Funds deposited in your GXS Biz Account throughout the period from 17 May 2025 to 15 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Holding Period”),

- The Reward will be awarded based on the Tier with the higher Reward value, in the following manner:

3. “Fresh funds” refers to funds that are not transferred from any GXS Bank account (including GXS FlexiLoan Biz account) or (ii) funds that are not withdrawn from any existing GXS Bank account(s) and re-deposited into your GXS Biz Account at any time during the Promotion Period, and funds must be incremental to the Eligible Customer’s GXS Biz Account day end deposit balances of 04 May 2025.

C. Additional Terms for Reward
- Rewards are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are while stocks last.
- Limited to one (1) Reward per Successful Customer under this Campaign.
- The Reward shall be credited to a Successful Customer’s GXS Biz Account after the Campaign Period, and latest by 15 July 2025.
- If your GXS Biz Account is closed prior to the crediting of the Reward, or you do not maintain a GXS Biz Account at such point(s) for any reason, the Reward that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
- Reward is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Reward with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all of the Reward by deduction from your GXS Biz Account or any account you maintain with us.
4. General
- This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Customers who:
- are a sole proprietor who is a Grab Merchant or a sole proprietor who is part of the Singtel Consumer Business or Singtel SMB and Enterprise Business for this Campaign may also participate in the Biz Ecosystem Terms - Grab and Biz Ecosystem Terms - Singtel if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated; and
- are participating in the GXS Business Banking CNY2025 Cashback Campaign may also participate in this Campaign if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
- The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
- The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
- The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
- These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Business Account Terms, which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.
- All information is accurate at the time of publication.
Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
