GXS Bank

1. This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. Each Specific Campaign is not valid with other Specific Campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Customers (as defined in each Specific Campaign Terms) may participate in the Biz Ecosystem Terms – Grab and Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel if they comply with the requirements and applicable terms and conditions thereunder.

2. The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.

3. The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.

4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.

5. The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.

6. The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.

7. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

8. A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.

9. These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the terms and conditions of GXS Business Banking, which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised used in each Specific Campaign Terms shall be applicable to the respective Specific Campaign only.

10. Additional Terms for GXS Business Banking and GXS Capital:

1. GXS Bank is a digital bank owned by Grab and Singtel. GXS Capital operates under the legal entity Validus Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GXS Bank.
2. GXS Business Banking consists of products and services provided by GXS Bank and GXS Capital, which are licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. GXS Bank and GXS Capital are separate entities and are not associated with the businesses of Grab, Singtel, or their entities.

11. Additional Terms for Grab and Singtel:

1. The Bank is not an agent of Grab or Singtel. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Grab Financial Group entities. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities.  
2. Terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The terms and conditions for GXS Business Banking are separate from the terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Grab or Singtel.

12. All information is accurate at the time of publication.

GXS Business Banking

1. “GXS Business Banking” means GXS Business Banking which consists of products and services provided by GXS Bank and GXS Capital.

2. “GXS Capital” means GXS Capital which operates under the legal entity Validus Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GXS Bank. For GXS Capital products, GXS Capital terms and conditions shall apply.

GXS Bank products and services

3. “GXS Biz Account” means the GXS Biz Account governed by the Business Account Terms, for which terms and conditions can be found here.

1. For purposes of this section C, “Campaign” shall refer to this GXS Biz Account SG60 Campaign.

2. Campaign Period: The Campaign is available from 27 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion, or when the Rewards (as defined below) have been fully awarded, whichever is the earlier (“Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility:

1. The Campaign is available to you if:
   

     i. you are a new-to-Bank customer which successfully opens a GXS Biz Account during the Campaign Period; and

     ii. your GXS Biz Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point of fulfilment of the Reward

 (“Eligible Customer”). 

2. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign if:
   

     i. you currently maintain a GXS Biz Account, GXS Savings Account and/or any other GXS Bank products and services;

     ii. you had previously maintained and closed a GXS Biz Account, GXS Savings Account or any other GXS Bank products and services.

4. Campaign and how to participate: Each of the first 1,000 Eligible Customers which successfully opens a GXS Biz Account using the promo code SG60 during the Campaign Period will receive a cash reward of S$60 (“Reward”) under this Campaign (each a “Successful Customer”).

5. Terms and conditions for Reward: 

1. Rewards are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are while stocks last.
2. Limited to 1,000 Rewards and one (1) Reward per Successful Customer under this Campaign.
3. The Reward shall be credited to a Successful Customer’s GXS Biz Account after the Campaign Period, and latest by 30 September 2025.
4. If your GXS Biz Account is closed prior to the crediting of the Reward, or you do not maintain a GXS Biz Account at such point(s) for any reason, the Reward that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
5. Reward is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
6. The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Reward with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
7. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all of the Reward by deduction from your GXS Biz Account or any account you maintain with us.

1. For purposes of this section D, “Campaign” shall refer to this GXS Biz Account GXS Capital Campaign.

2. Campaign Period: The Campaign is available from 25 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion, or when the Rewards (as defined below) have been fully awarded, whichever is the earlier (“Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility: 

1. The Campaign is available to you if:
   

     i. you are a new-to-Bank customer which successfully opens a GXS Biz Account during the Campaign Period; and

     ii. your GXS Biz Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point of fulfilment of the Reward

 (“Eligible Customer”). 

2. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign if you currently maintain, or previously maintained and closed, a GXS Biz Account, GXS FlexiLoan Biz and/or any other account for GXS Bank products and services as an individual or an Authorised Person of a private limited company.

4. Campaign and how to participate: Each of the first 5,000 Eligible Customers which successfully opens a GXS Biz Account using the promo code GXScapital during the Campaign Period will receive a cash reward of S$60 (“Reward”) under this Campaign (each a “Successful Customer”).

5. Terms and conditions for Reward: 

1. Rewards are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are while stocks last. 
2. Limited to 5,000 Rewards and one (1) Reward per Successful Customer under this Campaign.
