Biz Ecosystem Terms Singtel

(With effect from 1 January 2026)

These Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (the “Bank”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and the customer (“you”) and the services, products and/or rewards that we provide to you under these Terms.

Section A (General Terms and Conditions) sets out the terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) that apply generally to the services, products and/or rewardsthat the Bank provides to you under these Terms. 

In addition, specific terms and conditions (each referred to as “Specific Terms”, and collectively referred to as the “Specific Terms”) will apply to the provision of specific services, products and/or rewards by the Bank to you. When the Bank introduces or agrees to provide you with new services, products and/or reward, the Bank will introduce Specific Terms to these Terms that apply to the provision of the new services, products and/or rewards without giving you any advance notice. Any such Specific Terms will take effect from the date we agree to provide you with the relevant new service, product and/or reward. The Specific Terms are part of these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

A. General Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Biz Ecosystem Terms - Singtel

1.1 To be eligible for any of the services, products and rewards under these Terms, you:

  • must have and maintain one or more account(s) for GXS Business Banking services and products with the bank (a “GXS Business Banking Account”); and
  • meet such other requirements that the Bank may specify from time to time.

1.2 Your participation in Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel is subject to your GXS Business Banking Account being active and in good standing (in the Bank’s sole determination).

1.3 The Bank shall have the sole discretion to determine your eligibility to participate in Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel and shall be entitled to disqualify any person and/or account(s) eligible to participate in Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel without reason, notice or liability to any person, and shall not be liable for any Loss that may be incurred as a result.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 You shall comply with the Bank’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Policy and applicable terms and conditions of GXS Business Banking (including the Business Account Terms).

2.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms and conditions of the Bank, such other terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

2.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the ecosystem with Singtel, these Terms shall prevail.

3. Your Obligations

3.1 You represent and warrant on a continuing basis that you have the full power, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms, to enter into any transactions with or through the Bank, and to perform and comply with all your obligations under these Terms.

4. Singtel

4.1 Under these Terms, “Singtel” means Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd, SingCash Pte Ltd, Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, or its affiliates, where applicable. Singtel’s terms and conditions as determined by Singtel from time to time apply. Any other references of Singtel shall each have the meaning ascribed by Singtel.

4.2 The Bank is not an agent of Singtel. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from Grab Holdings, the Singtel Group and their entities. The Bank is the provider of GXS Business Banking (which includes the GXS Biz Account). The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from Singtel’s terms and conditions. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Singtel.

4.3 The Bank is not responsible for any actions of Singtel, or any non-availability of any Singtel service.

4.4 Any issues or disputes relating to Singtel, such as terms and conditions governing your relationship with Singtel, should be resolved directly with Singtel. Issues relating to Singtel, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Singtel website, should be resolved directly with Singtel.

5. Liabilities and Indemnities

5.1 The Bank shall not be liable for any Loss that you may incur in connection with or arising from our provision of services or products to you, unless such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.

5.2 We are not responsible or liable for the acts of any third party, including the acts of any third party involved in the provision of services or products to you, or the acts of any third party service providers, contractors or agents engaged by the Bank and their sub-contractors or further indirect sub-contractors or the insolvency or bankruptcy of any such third party, and we will not be liable for any Loss that you may incur as a result of the acts of any such third party, unless such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.

5.3 You agree, on a continuing basis, to indemnify the Bank, and pay and reimburse the Bank, for all and any Losses that the Bank may incur in connection with or arising from our provision of services or products to you, except where such Loss is caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud. This clause shall survive the termination of these Terms.

6. Amendments

6.1 The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice including, without limitation, the eligibility of any business and the rewards period of any Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel. You are deemed to accept and are bound by such variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications if you do not terminate your participation in the Biz Ecosystem Terms – Singtel. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to these Terms shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by the Bank.

7. No Third Party Rights

7.1 A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. Definition and Interpretation

9.1 The table below sets out the meaning of the following capitalised words when used in these Terms.

Business Account Terms” means our terms and conditions governing GXS Business Banking deposit accounts (i) set out at the following URL: https://www.gxs.com.sg/business-operatingaccount-terms, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.

Data Privacy Policy” means our data privacy policy as (i) set out at the following URL: www.gxs.com.sg/data-privacy, or (ii) made available through our mobile application.

Loss” means any losses, damages, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, liabilities, taxes, charges, suits, proceedings, actions, claims, any other demands or remedies of any kind, whatsoever and however caused, whether arising under contract, tort or otherwise, and including any lost profits, earnings, business, goodwill or opportunity, and any costs or expenses incurred to protect or enforce legal rights, whether or not foreseeable, and whether direct, indirect or consequential.

B. Biz Ecosystem Rewards - Singtel (Singtel Rewards)

This Section B (Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards)) sets out the terms and conditions on which you can enjoy the Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards). By participating in Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards), you agree to the terms under this Section B.

1. Singtel Rewards Period

1.1 The Singtel Rewards shall be available from 18 November 2024 until such date as determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Singtel Rewards Period”).

2. Singtel Rewards (Q1 2026)

2.1 The Singtel Rewards (Q1 2026) shall be available from 01 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) or untilsuch date as determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Q1 2026 Singtel Rewards Period”).

2.2 You will be entitled to redeem up to one (1) of each of the following rewards by Singtel, as described below (“Q1 2026 Singtel Reward”) when you successfully open a GXS Biz Account for the first time, in such manner as determined by Singtel in Singtel’s sole discretion, on a first-come-first -served basis while stocks last.

2.3 The Q1 2026 Singtel Rewards are as follows:

2.4 For the Q1 2026 Singtel Reward:

  1. additional eligibility criteria and terms and conditions as determined by Singtel in Singtel’s sole discretion shall apply; and
  2. terms and conditions governing Singtel’s respective products and services as determined by Singtel in Singtel’s sole discretion and/or as agreed between you and Singtel shall apply.


2.5 Limited to a maximum of one (1) of each Q1 2026 Singtel Reward per customer of the Bank. As each customer can redeem one set of Singtel Rewards only, you will not be able to redeem any further Singtel Reward for any subsequent account openings of the GXS Biz
Account.

3. Further Terms on Singtel Rewards

3.1 Singtel Rewards are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 The Singtel Rewards will be fulfilled by Singtel, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Singtel.

3.3 Your GXS Biz Account must be active and in good standing with the Bank until the point of fulfilment. If your GXS Biz Account is closed prior to the redemption, crediting or fulfilment of any Singtel Rewards for any reason, the Singtel Rewards that has yet to be redeemed, credited or fulfilled may be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under the Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards).

3.4 Singtel Rewards is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.

3.5 The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute Singtel Rewards with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.

3.6 If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards) were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards) (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Biz Account or any account you maintain with us.

3.7 The Bank may at any time add to, amend, modify, vary or withdraw the terms of the Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards).

3.8 The Biz Ecosystem Rewards – Singtel (Singtel Rewards) are not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
